Centre for Urban Studies and its Student Cohort, together with Arts Space Kochi (ASK) and c-hed organized a talk for urban students and enthusiasts titled 'Significance of Katta Local: Urban spheres of Kochi as regional city' by Dr. Sreedevi P, who is an Assistant Professor and the Director of Film Studies department at Thunjath Ezhuthachan Malayalam University. Her research focuses on film theory, visual culture, city and cinema, fantasy, screen dance, spectatorship, cultural studies and regional cinema.
